SGH Creative couples typically invest $2,500 - $6,500 on day-of signage and stationery pieces.
The Process
Fill out the contact form below with your wedding details and I’ll get back to you on availability within 3 business days!
We’ll set up a Zoom call to chat over your thoughts, look at past work and inspiration and go over what’s most important to you for your wedding signage and stationery. I’ll share a proposal after our call with a detailed timeline where you’re able to select the pieces you’d like for your wedding day.
Once your proposal is submitted and the agreement is signed, you’re officially on my calendar!
A 50% retainer fee will be paid upon booking.
Two to three months before your wedding date, you’ll receive a design and information questionnaire where you will record all wording you’d like and make note of any design details.
Once I receive these forms back from you, I get to work on your first proofs! I offer unlimited rounds of proofs. For seating arrangements, I won’t need these finalized until 2-3 weeks before your wedding day
Your final payment will be due 2 months before your wedding day. At this time, we begin production on your day-of pieces and help guide you to create your seating arrangements.
We will deliver and set-up your signage and stationery pieces at your venue. We also offer client pick-up in Orangeburg NY for some of our smaller items.

Frequently Asked Questions
I book on a first come first serve basis! If you're certain that you would like to book me for your date please reach out as soon as possible. The more time ahead the better chance of me being available!
Can I pick-up my signage?
In some cases, yes! I allow couples to pick-up select pieces in my mirror inventory. Most of our larger pieces require delivery from the SGH Creative team.
When should I reach out?
What if something gets damaged?
It happens! Our team will assess the damage and will connect with you on cost to repair or replace. Our rental agreement outlines our policy more in depth for damaged rentals.
Can I choose the font on my signs?
For wooden/acrylic pieces absolutely! In the design phase you’ll be able to share your favorite options from our extensive font database. If you have a specific font in mind, most times I have it or can purchase rights to it. All mirror rentals are hand lettered only by Sarah.
Do you have insurance?
Yes I have general liability insurance and can share my COI with your venue!
