The Process
Fill out the contact form below with your wedding details and I’ll get back to you on availability within 3 business days!
We’ll set up a Zoom call to chat over your thoughts, look at samples and go over what’s most important to you for your wedding invitations. I’ll share a proposal after our call with a detailed timeline where you’re able to select the pieces and embellishments you’d like for your invitation suite.
Step 03
Once your proposal is submitted and the agreement is signed, you’re officially on my calendar!
A 50% retainer fee will be paid upon booking.
When your start date is approaching, I will share an information & design questionnaire where you’re able to record all wording you’d like (with etiquette guidance from me) and make note of any design details.
Once I receive these forms back from you, I get to work on your first proofs! I offer unlimited rounds of proofs. At the end of the process, you’ll receive a realistic digital mock-up of your suite to envision everything together. The proofing process normally takes about 4 weeks.
Your final payment and address list will be due before print. Once the final proofs are approved, printing & assembly begins! We trust only the best printers who specialize in wedding stationery. After the pieces come in and are quality checked, we hand assemble each suite.
Once all of the suites are assembled they will be ready to be shipped or for pick-up in Orangeburg NY! We also offer mail-out service options to be added on if this is something that interests you.
Frequently Asked Questions
When should I reach out?
I book on a first come first serve basis! If you're certain that you would like to book me for your date please reach out as soon as possible. The more time ahead the better chance of me being available!
When do we start the process?
We’ll begin the process 5 months before your wedding date. However I do book up and recommend reaching out as soon as possible to have your date reserved on my calendar.
When do I send my invitations?
In your proposal you’ll have a detailed timeline of recommended dates and deadlines to get pieces to me!
Do you have a minimum?
We cater to intimate weddings as well so we do not have a minimum! Typically, SGH Creative couples pay $13 - $38 per invitation suite.
Can I see my design before booking?
We don’t begin any design work until the agreement is signed and the retainer is paid. To view past work examples please visit the gallery or my instagram @sgh.creative
Do you ship my invitations?
We offer mail-out services as an additional service if this is something that interests you! If not, you will receive your invitations in the mail (or picked up in Orangeburg NY).
